Mini CNC Milling Machine QualiMill-220 is a powerful and affordable mini CNC milling machine designed for ease of use, stability, and minimal maintenance. It operates on single-phase power, eliminating the need for costly industrial three-phase power.

Equipped with a high-performance 5-axis CNC controller, it supports Rotation Tool Center Point (RTCP) and offers a multilingual interface. The standard package includes an MPG handwheel for precise control.

Built with high-quality cast materials, it features high-precision linear guides and ball screws. The base model is a 3-axis CNC milling machine, with optional 4th and 5th axis upgrades using a harmonic reducer. A fully enclosed, high-visibility interlocking guard ensures safety.

The QualiMill-220 features a more powerful, high-speed spindle (24,000 RPM), making it ideal for heavy-duty milling and router cutting. It is now available with an optional automatic tool changer (ATC), flood coolant system with an industrial cabinet base, and an automatic alignment instrument.

With programmable spindle speeds and feed rates, the QualiMill-220 is well-suited for cutting a variety of materials, including free-cutting alloys, aluminum, steel, plastic, and acrylic. Perfect for all levels of education, training, or DIY workshops.

Optional 5th Axis Producing complex parts can be challenging, especially when precision, tight tolerances, and repeatability are critical. A 5th axis enables machinists to mill up to five faces in a single operation, significantly improving efficiency and accuracy. This capability makes it ideal for manufacturing intricate structures and features with minimal setups.

Optional 4th Axis 4-axis CNC machining adds rotational movement along the A-axis to the three linear axes—X, Y, and Z. This makes it ideal for machining parts at various angles, allowing for features like grooves, undercuts, and curves. Unlike indexed 4-axis machining, continuous mode enables material removal while the workpiece rotates around the 4th axis, improving efficiency and precision.
