High-performance 4-axis CNC milling controller, KY1000MC CNC Controller, with optional Siemens 808D or GSK980MDc controllers.

The KY1000MC supports five feed axes (including the C-axis), two analog spindles, 1ms high-speed interpolation, and 0.1μm control precision—delivering superior machining efficiency, accuracy, and surface quality.

Configurable axis names and types (X, Y, Z, 4th, and 5th) with a 1ms interpolation period and precision of 1μm or 0.1μm. Maximum speed reaches 60m/min (up to 24m/min at 0.1μm precision). The system integrates a servo spindle for continuous positioning, rigid tapping, and precise threading. Built-in multi-PLC programs allow selectable program execution. Additional features include statement macro command programming, parameterized macro program calls, metric/inch programming, automatic tool setting, chamfering, and tool life management. The interface supports English and other languages, with USB connectivity for file operations, system configuration, and software updates.

Standard configuration includes an MPG handwheel.
