  • Before Impact: The weight is lifted into a protective tube by suction, which then locks into position at the center of the flow channel. Pressing the “Impact” button releases the weight.
  • After Impact: The system automatically captures and lifts the weight back into the protective tube.

• Precision-Designed Protective Tube – Installed vertically with an internal wall roughness below 0.8, minimizing friction to maintain at least 95% of the theoretical impact velocity.

• Accurate Positioning System – A location-checking system ensures the protective tube stops 50mm above the impact point. The position can also be adjusted to meet specific requirements.

Test Procedure:

A 1kg impact weight with a 50mm radius of curvature is released from a height of 2.5m, striking the center of the manhole base’s flow channel. After impact, the base is inspected for any damage.
