Inclined Impact Tester Qualista-IIT2000

Inclined Impact Tester Qualista-IIT2000 simulates real-world conditions to test a product’s resistance to impact damage during handling, shelf stacking, motor sliding, loading and unloading of locomotives, and transportation. It is also suitable for use in scientific research institutions, colleges and universities, packaging technology testing centers, packaging materials factories, and departments involved in foreign trade and transportation. This equipment is commonly used for slope impact testing.

Machine Structure

Component Description

1. Impact Car: Welded from 45# steel, it has high impact resistance. Compared to the old model, it removes the traction car and features a special impact release structure, reducing the machine’s volume, saving lab space, and lowering the breakdown ratio.
2. Sliding Track: Utilizes I-beam and high-strength parallel rails to minimize friction between tracks and wheels during testing.
3. Impact Plate: Welded from 45# steel, it remains undeformed under an impact energy of 1000KG.
4. Motor System: Uses a variable frequency motor and reducer to drive the impact car upwards and then release it, allowing the car to slide freely. The impact speed is calculated automatically during sliding.
5. Displacement Encoder: Calculates the impact distance during testing. Customers can set the impact speed using a PLC control program.
6. Lifting Cylinder: The track remains horizontal during sample installation. When testing begins, it automatically lifts to a 10-degree angle.
7. Chain: Used to lift the test plate.
8. Hydraulic Buffer: Reduces the impact between the impact car and the impact plate.
