This updated version of our Ink Rub Testers is perfect for measuring the abrasion resistance of printing ink layers in printed materials, as well as the abrasion resistance of PS plate photosensitive layers and related product surfaces.

Additionally, it evaluates the abrasion resistance of coatings. Users can easily analyze issues such as poor abrasion resistance of printed materials, ink film shedding, low printing durability of PS plates, and inadequate coating hardness of other materials. This Ink Rub Tester adheres to the GB/T 7706-2008 standard for 'Toppan Decorative Prints'.

Test Principle of Ink Rub Tester QT-IRT-C2: The sample is rubbed against the paper under specific pressure, and the degree of ink removed from the sample after a certain number of rubs is assessed, determining the scratch resistance of the sample.
