Creep Tester Function

• Basic Function: The knife bearing structure of each lever fulcrum is designed for high sensitivity and is equipped with a protection device. It uses electric loading and includes a manual adjustment function.
• Manual Control Functions: The lower levers are controlled by up and down pointing controls.
• Test Component Characteristics: The fixture is made of high-temperature alloy, offering high precision and long service life. It can be equipped with various environmental testing equipment and fixtures to meet different material test requirements.
• Automatic Leveling Device: The testing machine features an automatic leveling function controlled by a photoelectric switch, providing sensitive reaction and high accuracy.
• Manual Leveling Function: A manual adjustment function ensures the stability of the lever by allowing adjustments in the event of a power cut.
• Fracture Protection Function: The machine is equipped with an oil buffering device to prevent weights from suddenly falling when a sample ruptures, protecting the test machine and blade from damage.
• Creep Control System: Utilizing specialized creep and long-term test software developed by our company, the system displays the test status of all machines on a large LCD screen and can monitor multiple machines simultaneously. It is designed for various long-term tests, offering high reliability, powerful functionality, and stable performance. The software allows for editing basic information and execution standards for each tested device, receiving and automatically importing deformation data. It displays test deformation, lever position, and the temperature of each high-temperature chamber in real time.
• Data Processing: Test data is displayed on the computer screen after being processed by the measurement control system and test software, and stored in the computer. After the test, users can post-process and print the test data or save it on the hard disk as an ASCII file and export it to MS Office.
• End Mode: The test machine determines the end condition during the test. When the condition is met, the test automatically ends and the test data is saved.
• Additional End Mode: If the test machine does not reach the set value of ‘End Mode’ but exceeds the maximum range of a certain parameter, the additional end mode can end the test once the conditions are met.
• Sample Point Interval: Users can set the data collection interval during the test.
• Data Management: Clicking the ‘Data Management’ button on the software’s main interface (when not testing) allows users to query completed experiment results and print reports.
• Query: Different conditions can be set to retrieve and view test data that meets those conditions.
• Tracking: When selected, a small square on the current curve moves with the mouse, displaying the X and Y coordinate values of the current mouse position on the right side.
• Report: The software provides report print settings, allowing users to print deformation-time curves, temperature-time curves, and set paper, frame, and print content.

This tester complies with the ‘Metal Tensile Creep and Endurance Test Method’ requirements of the aviation industry. It is primarily used for room temperature (high) endurance testing of metals, nonmetals, composite materials, and components.
